CRIMINAL OFFENCES AGAINST LEGAL TRANSACTIONS

Summary

In this paper the author discusses the group of crimes against legal transactions, such as: a) forging documents (article 355); b) special cases of forging documents (article 356); c) forging official documents and d) soliciting to certify of untrue contents. Legal nature and importance of these crimes had impact to the structure and content of the work in which some important basic and extended characteristics of the beings of crimes where analzyed and shown. Regarding ceratin issues in a given context of discussion, the author pointed out relevant theoretical grounds and views of judical pracitice, and also presented appropriate conclusions.
