Summary

The paper deals with suspension of employee from work as a preventive and temporary measure, which is related to the disciplinary liability of employees. The author provides explanations of this significant labor law institution, the basic types of suspension of employees from work, the conditions under which an employee may or must be removed from service and the status of employees during suspension. Special attention is given to suspension of civil servants from work, because this institute is connected with criminal and disciplinary liability of civil servants.
